LVDT Interface Unit with SPC Software

An LVDT interface unit measure movement of linkage. In case of an assembly of LDTV multiple units are mounted in parallel to an LVDT input member for concurrent operation. We offer an ultra modern interface unit that is available with SPC software. This is a multichannel LVDT Based Precision Measurement System, which can detect displacements to the precision of Sub-Micron Level.This is used for online inspection of parts like Piston, valves etc manufactured in Automotive Industries. There will be LVDT signal conditioner, a high resolution ADC and a USB interface to transmit the digitized data to the PC. PC will run a Statistical Process Control and Analysis Software, which will in turn indicate the trend in the quality of the parts produced.
